Emory Ellis was born at 9:34 p.m. last night, weighing 8 pounds 1 oz and nearly 21 inches long. Even with his cone-shaped head, he’s as cute as a button and we are absolutely smitten with him. He looks like he has my husband’s good looks already. 🙂 Everyone is doing great and we can’t wait for big sister to meet him!
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers during this time. They mean the world to our family! We’re looking forward to spending some quality time together just the four of us in the coming weeks and I plan on sharing a couple of life updates.

Everyone thinks the work will double with two children, but it really goes up like the Richter scale! However, this is a precious time for your family so enjoy every moment! As you know, they grow up really fast. Congratulations. 🙂
